About My Journey
My path to mindfulness and meditation began in childhood through my Thai cultural background, but it wasn’t until I attended my first meditation retreat that I truly committed to the practice. At a turning point in my life—on the brink of parenthood—I sought a way to bring more clarity, stability, and purpose into my life. That retreat initiated a profound transformation, teaching me that change is a long-term process, not an overnight fix.
Through dedicated daily practice and further retreats, I experienced deep personal growth, inner peace, and a greater sense of happiness and resilience. Meditation has fundamentally changed my life, helping me overcome obstacles and cultivate a more grounded, compassionate way of being. Now, I am passionate about sharing these benefits with others, guiding them on their own journey toward greater well-being.
